@sinner 以我的理解是要下载完才算一次。下载工具具体我不懂，可能要分情况，P2P 和普通的应该不一样的吧。

好不容易中国用户可以第一时间跟世界同步进行搜索体验，却差点被“家长”掐死，还好现在缓了口气，支持Bing在中国好好的“活”着。
