微软在 PDC 09 上发布了 Office Mobile 2010 Beta 测试版，Windows Mobile 6.5 手机用户已经可以通过 Windows Marketplace for Mobile 下载并安装 Office Mobile 2010 Beta 应用。

SharePoint Workspace Mobile 2010

Office Mobile 2010 Beta 中新增了 SharePoint Workspace Mobile 客户端，允许用户登录 SharePoint 服务器，浏览文件夹或查看/编辑/同步文件。但 SharePoint Workspace Mobile 仅支持 SharePoint 2010 服务器，不支持 2007 版（见下右图）。

Word Mobile 2010 Beta

微软在 Office Mobile 2010 的一大改进就是增强了对 Office 文档格式的支持，尽可能地保证例如表格、图表、字体、SmartArt 图像等的样式。而除此之外，Word Mobile 2010 Beta 似乎并没有更显著的更新。

Excel Mobile 2010 Beta

据微软称，Excel Mobile 2010 Beta 现已支持超过 140 项函数，部分是之前并未在移动版 Office 中推出的。

PowerPoint Mobile 2010 Beta

PowerPoint Mobile 2010 增加了一项叫作“Presentation Companion”演示助手工具，允许用户控制当前 Windows Mobile 手机已连接的 PC 端所播放的幻灯片，或者查看其注释（PC 端需安装 PowerPoint 插件）。

Office Mobile 2010 Beta 中的 OneNote Mobile 2010 仍为旧版程序，而 Outlook Mobile 2010 不包括在此次 Beta 版本中。同学们除了直接用手机下载安装 Office Mobile 2010 Beta 之外，也可在 PC 端直接购买再通过手机安装。
