上周四，在微软一年一度的“财务分析师日”会议上，微软首席架构师Ozzie向与会者透露了有关“Cloud OS”的“软件+服务”的详细资料。原文刊发在微软网站（很长，密密麻麻没有看完），好在有直观的PPT演示文档下载，通过PPT文档我们了解到：微软将会在未来1年到1年半的时间里相继推出一系列软件和服务，以强化现有产品线，其中就包括许许多多的Windows Live产品（未必是新产品，个人认为有可能部分是新瓶装旧酒），当然，这是“软件+服务”架构的第三层，这是后话，先按下不表。

Ozzie 说微软正在开发能够开发和运行基于Web的服务，以及“软件加服务”产品的多层次平台。从PPT来看，这个平台共分4层：

* Applications and Solutions
* Live Platform Services
* Cloud Infrastructure Services
* Global Foundation Services

Global Foundation Services：是微软服务架构的最底层，也是基础，包括数据中心、计算机和网络。

Cloud Infrastructure Services：是一种效用计算平台，它具有支持不同应用软件模式的虚拟计算层应用软件框架、自动部署服务的架构，它还具有通过互联网向人们提供信息的网络服务软件，当然还包括非常重要的存储服务，如Hotmail中的存储，Folders服务（Picturepan2语）。

Live Platform Services：是一系列面向消费者的服务，例如身份验证和目录、设备管理及安全、广告平台（AdCenter广告服务）、社交网络服务、其它通讯工具。

Applications and Solutions: 是面向消费者、信息工人、IT专业人员、企业客户、软件开发人员的所有客户，也就是面向大众、我们可以直接看到的那的一层。

另外，对于企业客户，微软提供了3种选择：安装成套软件、使用微软提供的托管服务、使用微软合作伙伴提供的托管服务。企业还可以向微软租借处理能力。

Ozzie 表示，他的目标是鼓励微软的所有软件开发人员在他们负责的产品上增添在线服务组件。他说，服务业务的最大机遇就是使服务与我们的传统软件产品发生密切联系。

Windows Live 套件
微软服务和平台部门总裁 Kevin Johnson宣布了他们将发布Windows Live 套件。简单的说就是所有的Windows Live客户端将整合在一起，并且只需一次下载用户即可获得全部软件。比如，你下载了Windows Live 套件，你有权利选择你所需要的软件，可以只安装Live Messenger,Live Mail, Live Photo Gallery或者Writer中的全部或者部分。是不是听上去很熟悉？Google在一年半前已经推出了类似的服务Google Pack。这个概念对于新电脑的用户来说相当必要，因为它将对现有的部分Vista程序进行升级。

Windows Live Cloud Infrastructure
上星期Mary Jo Foley 介绍了Steve Ballmer创建了一个新词汇：Windows Live Cloud Infrastructure。Windows Live Cloud Infrastructure 越来越有必要成为Windows Live Core的后端了，因此他们现在开始谈论这些东西了，可能更多关于Windows Live Core的细节将出现，让我们拭目以待。

Live ID

接下来我们说一下Live ID，他们在会议中再次强调了Live ID在整个Windows Live计划中的重要性，其中有一部分就是将针对Live ID来投放更有针对性的广告。

和Google的拍摄汽车相比，微软为Windows Live Local拍摄实景相片所用的装备明显要有霸气得多。虽然和Google所用的汽车同一个牌子（雪佛兰），但微软的Chevy Tahoe SUV不仅外型较大，并且车顶上面装置的拍摄器材看起来也酷得多，就像几架炮筒。这些器材包括6个巨型的照相机、2个GPS天线及1个激光测距仪，全部都用大线缆连接。在这一轮拍摄竞赛里，目前暂时还不清楚到底Google和微软哪一家的效率或效果比较好，不过可以肯定的是它们都将使地图服务更有趣。

今天 Live Search 团队推出了3项 Live 图片搜索新功能，我们看到Live 搜索团队正在努力把搜索变的更简单，也更有趣。6月，Windows Live 在搜索方面份额取得巨大进展，很大程度上归功于Club.live.com。 这次终于推出了相对实际的功能：允许用户查找脸部图片，肖像图片和黑白图片，以下就是3项新功能的范例：

1. 不使用任何功能的图片搜索– jimi hendrix

2. 使用脸部搜索– jimi hendrix filter:face

3. 使用肖像搜索– jimi hendrix filter:portrait

4. 使用黑白图片搜索– jimi hendrix filter:bw

昨晚， 多位热心网友询问LiveSino是否遇到Hotmail无法访问的错误，不久，官方发布了公告：

来自微软员工的问答电子邮件显示,他们计划收回非正常渠道注册的@live.com,这意味着前些日子通过4次漏洞注册的帐户可能会被回收,时间大约是3周内,其实早在去年也有相关的消息传出,但微软一直没有下手。内含来往信件全文,信件中微软员工明确提到3周内回收帐户,用户有3周时间备份邮件日程数据和联系人。

Unfortunately, I’m not in control of that process. I was only asked to follow up on several account to provide you a polite notification.

Because we do not have public registration open for Live.com accounts yet, all Live.com accounts currently created are considered “test” accounts. Test accounts are scheduled to be deleted in approximately 3 weeks as a pre-release step prior to the official launch of Live Mail.

You can use this 3 week period to export your address book (Options >> Export Contacts) and redirect contacts. I’m very sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

I’m very sorry for the misunderstanding. My intent is not to threaten and I trust your intent is also not to threaten. J

We simply haven’t released @Live.com addresses for public use yet. The good news is that the official release of @ Live.com email registration is in several months.

As part of that launch, we are looking at addresses that were ‘pre-registered’ typically through a registration bug where a query string value could be changed to the Live.com domain value. There were also a small number of accounts which were issued to internal Microsoft team members that worked on shipping Live Mail. Some of those team members work in our China development group which is why I inquired if you were a Microsoft employee.
