在 Windows Live FolderShare Beta 推出不到两星期的时候，FolderShare 团队推出了一个更新的版本(14.0.1329.0317) ，在这个版本中，修复了大量的用户反馈的问题。根据官方博客中介绍，他们已经修复了所以已知的登录和管理问题，同样也改进了系统栏的程序响应。
Windows Live FolderShare beta 和 Windows Live 套件不同的是，还没有完全整合入 Microsoft Update，因此，大家只能访问 Windows Live FolderShare 网站手动更新，下载最新的版本安装。

微软发布了公测版的Windows Search 4.0,是对Windows XP和Windows Vista系统现有的搜索技术的升级。根据KB提到的此次主要更新有：
- 增加了对加密文件系统(EFS)的支持
- 减小了没有本地Cache(.ost)时，在线状态下创建E-Mail索引对Microsoft Exchange的影响
- 增加了在线状态下对被授权打开的邮箱邮件进行创建索引的功能
- 增加了在特定的区域内共享的已编制索引的主机与主机间的远程查询（比如：通过运行Windows Search 4.0，你可以搜索其他的主机)
- 改进了索引的性能
- 加速了Windows XP的Previewer的预览速度
- 根据用户组区分的组策略设置
- 针对Watson错误的Windows软件更新
- 增加了一些新的针对企业用户的组策略
这次的更新很显然的是主要面向了企业用户市场，当然也很有可能去掉了一些普及Windows Vista的不利因素，这次更新中性能的提高对消费者来说是很有意义的。

在接下来的日子里，我们介绍的重点将转向 Windows Live Wave2 的下一个版本：Wave3。之前我们也提到了 Windows 7 中可能移除一些组件，如：Photo Gallery, Mail 和 Movie Maker。
现在，只有最后一个产品还不是 Windows Live 套件中的一部分，但我们得到可靠的消息称，Live Wave3 中会推出 Windows Live Movie Maker，代号 Sundance。我们当然也很期待其他 Windows Live 产品的更新和推出，当然包括已经传言了很久的 Windows Live Groups 和 Windows Live Web Messenger 了。我们也听说了 Favorites 也会有大的更新。

最近，Windows Live 的消息并不是很多（Live Wave3 即将开始）。今天，我们来看看一个与 Windows Live 无关的项目：Task Market，该服务是微软亚洲研究中心的项目。Task Market 旨在创建一种 Craigslist 模式来满足一些简单的商业计划，比如：写作，编辑，翻译，或者设计。在 Task Market 发布一个职位，或者寻找一个你感兴趣的职位，并可以通过 PayPal 支付或收费用。
很显然，这只是一个开始，现有的职位非常少，但这个服务会很有意义，特别是针对于小型企业主和自由职业者，并且不需要长期的合同。

Windows Mobile 增加了一些之前只有在PC才有的功能。可以回顾一下：Windows Office Mobile, Windows Media Player Mobile, Live Search for Windows Mobile 还有当然 Windows Live for Mobile!
