在第四届世界互联网大会上，微软宣布 Bing 正式面向中国用户推出国际版 Bing 搜索引擎。全面升级后的 Bing 国际版，已登陆网页版（cn.bing.com）和移动 App。Bing 国际版也集成了对话式人工智能系统微软小冰，这次更新主要内容有：
- Bing 国际版都会在全球范围内扫描抓取 260 亿个新网页并更新到搜索数据库中，保证用户能够得到与其搜索内容相关的最新资讯。
- Bing 国际版已经囊括了广泛覆盖全球各地、不同领域、不同学科的超过 20 亿条知识图谱信息，为科学研究提供更加丰富详实的知识储备。
- Bing 国际版内置微软小冰。
- Bing 国内版也支持跨语种搜索体验，无需跳转到国际版就可以获得英文最相关的搜索结果。
Bing 国际版现在已占据国内英文搜索 25.6% 的市场份额。除了通过网页和移动端搜索提供服务，Bing 国际版还以开放 API 接口的方式，向国内多家知名第三方搜索引擎服务商提供了英文搜索服务。第三方合作伙伴包括 360 搜索、UC 神马搜索，以及不久前在纽约证券交易所正式挂牌上市的搜狗搜索等。
