微软 2021 财年 Q4 财报：继续由云服务和 Office 驱动

微软公布了 2021 财年 Q4（自然年 2021 年 Q2）的新财报，其中总收入为 462 亿美元，净利润 165 亿美元，分别增长 21% 和 47%。尽管 Windows 和 Surface 业务收入下降，但云服务和 Office 业务驱动了微软此财季的利润增长。

生产力和商业流程收入为 147 亿美元，增长 25%：

  • Office 商业产品和云服务收入增长 20%，Office 365 商业收入增长 25%。
  • Office 消费者产品和云服务收入增长 18%，Microsoft 365（Office 365）消费者订阅用户增长至 5190 万。
  • LinkedIn 收入增长 46%，LinkedIn 成为微软年收入过 100 亿美元的业务。
  • Dynamics 365 收入增长 49%，Dynamics 整体收入增长 33%。

智能云收入为 174 亿美元，增长 30%：

  • 服务器产品和云服务收入增长 34%，Azure 收入增长 51%。

个性化计算收入为 141 亿美元，增长 9%：

  • Windows OEM 收入下降 3%，由于硬件供应链短缺，Windows 商业产品和云服务收入增加 20%。
  • Xbox 游戏业务收入增长 11%，游戏和服务收入下降 4%，硬件收入增长 172%。
  • Surface 收入下降 20%，主要是由于供应链短缺问题。
  • 搜索广告收入增长 53%（除去流量成本）。

微软总结了 2021 财年的整体财务情况，整体收入 1681 亿美元（增长 18%），运营收入 699 亿美元（增长 32%），净利润是 613 亿美元（增长 38%）。
