CES09: 微软推出新二维码技术 Microsoft Tag

Amanda 已经介绍了 CES 2009 上涉及的 Windows 7、XBox、Kodu 、Halo、Windows Live 等具体内容和演示。而现在，我要介绍的是微软在 CES 2009 上推出的一项新技术: Microsoft Tag（Beta），一种新型的手机二维码。

Microsoft Tag 是基于微软研究院的 High Capacity Color Barcodes 技术的。下图是 Microsoft Tag 和 QRCode，Datamatrix 的对比：

Microsoft Tag 与其他二维码的区别：

  • Microsoft Tag 本身只存储 ID，软件会自动在微软服务器上匹配此 ID，并返回具体信息，比如：URL, vCard。
  • Microsoft Tag 体积够小，正如上图所示，还且所存储的信息量要求并不高（如上所述，只需存 ID 即可）

Microsoft Tag 读取软件也支持很多手机设备，包括：Windows Mobile, iPhone, J2ME, Blackberry, 和 Symbian S60 手机（还将支持 Android），需要支持拍照和上网功能，获得该软件只需用手机访问 http://gettag.mobi 下载。

大家可以通过访问 http://tag.microsoft.com/ 来制作和管理自己的 Microsoft Tag，支持信息类型有：URL, vCard, Free Text 和 Dialer。

不知大家是否记得 Windows Live Barcode，一项支持读取 QRCode 二维码的服务，但早就已经停止了。服务界面如下：
