微软以 12 亿美元收购 FAST Search and Transfer

微软今天宣布计划以 12亿美元收购挪威企业搜索领先者 FAST。FAST 是企业搜索领域的领先者，最近又扩展至了移动和互联网搜索，还包括广告解决方案。

微软计划利用此次对 FAST 的收购，并通过其 Sharepoint 服务器产品来增强企业搜索，而且该挪威公司的多种产品也会对 Live Search 有帮助。根据微软的官方新闻：
