事实上，Stuffiwrote 博客向 Steve Ballmer 发邮件抱怨微软不在其所在地区开放 Windows 7 Party 申请后，获得了该免费的 Windows 7 Party Pack。
而更多 Windows 7 Party 资源（壁纸、视频、头像）可访问由北青网托管的 Windows 7 Party 网站获取。
