Windows 8.1 首次披露细节补充

微软上周宣布了 Windows 8.1 大量的更新细节，作为上一篇详细介绍的后续补充，本文中将介绍一些之前可能并没有介绍到的 Windows 8.1 细节，比如新的应用、改进的应用、File Explorer 改变和 Internet Explorer 11。

新的 Windows 8.1 官方应用

  • 计算器：包括标准计算和科学计算。
  • 闹钟：计时器、秒表、倒计时。
  • 阅读列表：如上次的介绍，这是一款收藏或者稍后阅读应用，但不限于收藏网页，还可收藏来自任何应用的内容，比如网页、邮件、Finance 和 Travel 应用中的内容等等。
  • 阅读列表 Reading List健康与健身（Health & Fitness）：必应旗下应用，整合健康和锻炼相关信息，以及帮助追踪卡路里和锻炼计划的工具。
  • 食物与饮料（Food & Drink）：必应旗下应用，包括食谱和烹饪指南。关键功能还包括无需触摸的体验，可以在厨房中不触碰屏幕来使用该应用 – 通过摄像头识别隔空的手势。
  • 帮助与技巧（Help & Tips）：微软官方应用，默认已经固定到开时屏幕，并提供 Windows 8.1 基础的教程和技巧信息。

改进的应用

  • Windows 8.1 将包括一些内置“Metro 风格应用”的重要更新，几乎所有的微软官方应用都会在 Windows 8.1 预览版推出之时推出更新，但邮件、人脉、日历和消息应用套件不会，要等到 Windows 8.1 正式版发布时才会更新。
  • Xbox Music 应用如上次介绍，将有重要界面更新，和现在的有较大不同，尤其是首屏界面。首屏界面上有 3 个链接支持快速播放本地或在线音乐集，或按 Radio 链接串流播放音乐（类似 Smart DJ 功能）；第三个链接“Explore”带至 Xbox Store 浏览或购买音乐内容。

File Explorer 改变

在 Windows 8.1 中，微软将进一步改进 File Explorer。最明显的变化就是左侧导航的链接，计算机已经被更名为“This PC”，在这个界面中，可以找到所有用户的数据文件夹（音乐、视频、图片、文档等）以及本地驱动器和 SkyDrive。

Windows 8.1 中“库 Libraries”功能已经从左侧导航消失，并且系统不会创建默认库，尽管你仍可以手动打开库，很明显微软正在淡化库的概念。

Internet Explorer 11

Internet Explorer 11 确定会包括在 Windows 8.1 中，改进主要集中在 Metro 环境下 IE，比如页面的 Tabs 标签卡已移至底部地址栏上方；不再仅限 10 个 Tabs，可以无限打开，水平滚动查看所有的 Tabs；Tabs 可以跨设备漫游（将来也会有 Windows Phone 同步支持）。并且收藏夹更加灵活，可以创建子文件夹进行管理。

根据 The Verge 的介绍，网站开发者可以通过 IE11 创建动态磁贴，固定到开始屏幕可访问 RSS 流。

    有些跃跃欲试的心情了。 另外，什么“计算机”还是这次的“This PC”，都不如早先的“我的电脑”普及度高，在Win7中和别人交流都是说“我的电脑”，然后大家打开“计算机”的。

      记得有人说过库的功能太超前，领先十年。现在看来确实如此，绝大多人还是习惯树形文件结构管理，不接受“多维”的管理模式。从vista到win8，这功能其实已经弱化和平民化了，还是不被用户接纳。

      8.1就算不用库这个词，功能还是没变的。而且现在8.1还有桌面和任务栏的UI设计变动，windows store应用窗口化这两大任务没完成呢，从整个8.1的改动看会好用但是没法根本解决8系列不得人心的问题

      大多数时候微软的理念都是非常好的，只是部分对消费者来说有些复杂。但其实也不复杂，只是通常消费者都比较懒，不愿改变已有习惯，不想思考和学习新的更好的方式。

    我的电脑基于的环境是一个用户只有一台主力机器。This PC明显对应多台设备+云的用户模型。

    “此电脑”这样叫好吗？那如果我插上Windows Phone 8，如果和之前一样当作U盘处理，还不是一样挂载在“此电脑”下。其实主要就是为了区别于SkyDrive，但这样叫未免还是有些不妥。换做是我，如果没有万全的名字，我宁愿不改，省得整天改过来改过去呢……
