微软宣布了一系列 Windows 10 新品：Surface Pro 4、Surface Book 和 Lumia 新旗舰手机、微软手环二代。然而在发布会上，微软并没有太多提到具体配置参数的信息，而更多地是去介绍一些技术，比如 PixelSense 屏幕技术。
对于购买者来说，硬件配置参数显然也会是参考点之一，现在 Surface 新品每个型号的 CPU 和 GPU 型号都已经得到披露（但还未得到微软官方证实）：
- 第六代 Intel Core m3-6Y30 CPU 配 Intel HD graphics 515
- 第六代 Intel Core i5-6300U CPU 配 Intel HD graphics 520
- 第六代 Intel Core i7-6650U CPU 配 Intel Iris graphics 540
- 第六代 Intel Core i5-6300U 配 Intel HD graphics 520
- 第六代 Intel Core i7-6600U 配 Intel HD graphics 520
根据之前的信息，Surface Book 配有的 NVIDIA GeForce 是定制款 GPU，并不能在市场上买到，性能相当于 GeForce GTX 950M。（via Neowin）
