尽管微软还没有宣布，但是有新线索显示微软将用春季创意者更新（Spring Creators Update）来命名 Windows 10 Redstone 4 更新，之前官方也有意外透露这个名称。
这是微软第三次用 Creators 这个名字，Redstone 2 最早被命名为 Creators Update，Redstone 3 正式名为 Fall Creators Update。暂不清楚之后的 Redstone 5 是否会延续这个规律，但从目前的新功能来看，叫作生产力更新也是合适的。
The Verge 了解到微软曾考虑过，用一类别系列的东西或人名来命名 Windows 10 更新，像 Android 是用甜品名，但至少 Redstone 4 还不会用这个系列。
