Windows Phones 应用合作伙伴、主题、Windows Live 套件等消息汇总

微软娱乐及设备总裁 Robbie Bach 将进行今年 International CTIA WIRELESS 2009 的 Keynote 演讲，而 Windows Mobile 6.5 以及 Windows Marketplace for Mobile 等内容仍是重点，同时微软也强调了 Windows Phones 品牌。在 CTIA WIRELESS 2009 之前，微软宣布了如下内容：

移动应用开发商已注册为 Windows Phones 开发应用

已有大量移动应用开发商注册通过 Windows Marketplace for Mobile 为 Windows Phones 开发应用，以下仅是部分：CNBC, EA Mobile, Facebook, Gameloft, MySpace, Namco Networks, Netflix, Pandora, ShoZu 等。

而这些开发商的应用涉及游戏、社会化网络、媒体、工具类、生产力等类别。而昨晚介绍的 MySpace 也将推出 MySpace for Windows Mobile 客户端也只是其中一部分。

用户可以通过信用卡在 Windows Marketplace for Mobile 购买应用，或者通过手机账单支付。24 小时内可以取消应用购买，并退还所有金额。

移动运营商也可在 Windows Marketplace for Mobile 开设专属区。

Windows Marketplace for Mobile 开发者策略更新

微软终于更新了其 Windows Marketplace for Mobile 开发者策略，原本提交应用更新需要再次支付 99 美元（看起来是广大开发者们的不满了），现在提交应用更新已经完全免费了。

在这方面，苹果 App Store 与 Windows Marketplace for Mobile 的策略各有优势：向苹果支付 99 美元，提交的应用无数量限制；而微软，前 5 款应用免费，之后每款应用收取 99 美元。(via The Windows Mobile)

Windows Phones 免费主题及主题创建工具

微软已经和 Design Museum London 以及 Council of Fashion Designers of America 合作提供免费的主题，并且今天微软推出了第一套主题 Mizrahi。

今年末，微软也将推出 Windows Mobile 的主题编辑器 Theme Generator，用户可以通过 PC 自定义自己的 Windows Phones。

微软将于本周推出新版 Windows Live for Mobile 套件

4 月 2 日，所有 WIndows Mobile 6.* 的用户都可以通过 http://wl.windowsmobile.com 下载最新版 Windows Live for Mobile 套件，包括：Windows Live Hotmail, Windows Live Messenger, Windows Live Contacts, Windows Live Spaces, Microsoft Live Search 以及增强的照片上传功能，并且有 25 种语言版本供下载。

微软开发的 Facebook 应用也将于 4 月免费推出。
